Michael Donaldson, Jr., appellant, was convicted in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County of first degree murder, conspiracy to commit first degree murder, and the use of a handgun in a crime of violence. The court imposed a sentence of life in prison, without the possibility of parole, on the murder charge, a consecutive life sentence on the conspiracy charge, and a consecutive 20 year sentence on the handgun charge, all to be served consecutively to...
