This case arises out of a claim for damages filed by appellee, the Estate of Jeanne R. Reeside ("Estate"), in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, against appellant, Erie Insurance Exchange ("Erie"),1 and the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission ("WSSC").
