On February 26, 2010, the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland, Petitioner, filed a PETITION FOR DISCIPLINARY OR REMEDIAL ACTION against Joseph Tauber, Respondent. On March 4, 2010, this Court ordered that the charges against Respondent "be heard and determined by Judge Dennis M.
