As a result of an agreement reached during a post-conviction proceeding in the Circuit Court for Wicomico County, the Post-Conviction Court granted Paul Andrew Tatem, Petitioner, a "re-sentencing" hearing before the judge who had imposed the sentence from which Petitioner was seeking post-conviction relief.
