This appeal arises out of a default on a commercial line of credit. The lender, SunTrust Bank ("SunTrust"), appellee, filed a Complaint in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County against Ubom Law Group, PLLC ("ULG"), and Uduak J. Ubom after ULG failed to make scheduled monthly payments on the account.
