Appellees, NRT Mid-Atlantic, LLC ("NRT"), Bonnie Camarata, and Dennis Roarty, filed a petition to confirm an arbitration award in the Circuit Court for Worcester County on February 12, 2009, naming as defendants the three appellants, Capital Select Realtors, LLC ("Capital Select"), Hyongjin Oh, and Chong Barden.
