In the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, a jury convicted Karl Lymont Thompson, Petitioner, of second-degree rape and related offenses. The State's evidence, which included the victim's testimony, was sufficient to establish that Petitioner committed the rape in 1986 and committed a third-degree sex offense in 1983.
