The mother appeals from the decree terminating her parental rights to her deeply troubled seventeen year old daughter. The child, Thea, contends that the decree should be affirmed, but that the Juvenile Court judge erred in not ordering posttermination visitation. We conclude that the finding of parental unfitness was supported by clear and convincing evidence, but we are unable to determine on the record...
