Charles F. Tynan appeals from a judgment of a single justice of this court dismissing his complaint for injunctive and declaratory relief. The single justice based his decision on the doctrine of claim preclusion. He determined that the present action is essentially identical to an earlier, unsuccessful action that Tynan recently prosecuted in this court.
