ORDER

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel ("ODC") has filed three sets of formal charges against respondent alleging that he committed serious attorney misconduct. The ODC also has four open investigations pending against respondent. We recently placed respondent on interim suspension for threat of harm to the public. In re: Lounsberry, 24-0158 (La.2/1/24), 378 So.3d 718. Respondent now seeks to permanently resign from the practice of law in lieu of discipline...
