The juvenile defendant, B.D., was adjudicated delinquent on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and sentenced to one year, suspended and one year active, intensive probation. Defendant now appeals, alleging that his adjudication violates the prohibition against double jeopardy. We affirm defendant's adjudication and disposition.
