Kiyon Jefferson ("Mr. Jefferson") appeals his conviction for possession of two hundred or more grams but less than four hundred grams of crack cocaine. He alleges that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress the evidence as the investigating agents did not have probable cause to arrest him when they arrived at his residence; and thus, the agents were not justified in conducting a protective sweep.
