The issue before the court is whether the state may commence trial against the accused, Trolynn A. Greathouse,1 who was charged on 23 May 2011 by bill of information with one count of armed robbery.2 The trial court quashed the bill of information. Finding that the appellate record on appeal is incomplete, we vacate the trial court judgment and remand the matter for further proceedings...
