Appellants, the heirs of Lydia Bergeron, wife of/and Sidney J. Simoneaux Family Land Partnership, LP (hereinafter "the heirs"), appeal a judgment which dismissed their suit as abandoned pursuant to La.Code Civ. Proc. art. 561. For the following reasons, we reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand for further proceedings.
