In this action to recover amounts allegedly due on an open account, defendants, Michael Scott Kirby and Randy Gomez, appeal from a judgment of the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff, GWS Engineering, Inc., and awarding it $79,000.46 plus interest from the date of judicial demand until paid, attorney's fees in the amount of twenty-five percent, and all costs of the proceeding.
