The trial court found Defendant's actions marketing a product inherently dangerous in its normal use and failing to utilize an alternative design violates Louisiana products liability law and rendered summary judgment in favor of Plaintiff1 in accordance with that interpretation. From this judgment, Defendant appeals. For the following reasons, we affirm.
