Defendant, Courtney Thomas, appeals portions of the November 15, 2011 judgment rendered by the Office of Workers' Compensation ("OWC") in favor of the plaintiff, Gee Cee Group, Inc., which suspended Mr. Thomas' entitlement to benefits for the period of August 22, 2011 through September 24, 2011 and granted Gee Cee Group an immediate credit for indemnity benefits paid for that same period. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
