CARAWAY, J.

Following a jury trial, Gerald Tatum was convicted of armed robbery, in violation of La. R.S. 14:64. The defendant admitted being a second felony offender and was sentenced to 55 years at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence. Tatum appeals his conviction and sentence. We affirm.
