("RJAM"), appeals: (1) the trial court's award of damages in the amount of $184,681; (2) the trial court's determination that it is not entitled to collect damages until the Gaming Division of the Louisiana State Police Department determines that RJAM has met the suitability requirements set forth in LSA-R.S. 27:310; and (3) the court's denial of its exception of res judicata...
