STEWART, J.

As a result of a plea agreement, the defendant, Marcus Jones, pled guilty to three counts of manslaughter, a violation of La. R.S. 14:31, and aggravated arson, a violation of La. R.S. 14:51. He was subsequently sentenced to 40 years' imprisonment at hard labor as to each count of manslaughter. He was also sentenced to 20 years' imprisonment at hard labor for aggravated arson, two years of which are to be served without benefit of probation, parole or suspension...
