Cynthia Lilley Tucker Edinger appeals from the judgment of the trial court holding that Larry Neal Tucker is entitled to receive 41% of her monthly payments from the Teacher's Retirement System of Louisiana. For the following reasons we affirm in part, reverse in part, and render.
