In this action alleging negligence and breach of contract, plaintiff, Oracle Oil, LLC ("Oracle"), challenges a trial court judgment sustaining a peremptory exception filed on behalf of defendant, EPI Consultants, A Division of Cudd Pressure Control Inc. ("EPI"), raising the objection of prescription and dismissing, with prejudice, Oracle's claims. For the reasons that follow, we reverse and remand.
