In this case concerning a trip and fall in a store parking lot, plaintiffs, Emelda Mooty ("Mrs. Mooty"), her daughter, Patty Mooty Mattison ("Mrs. Mattison"), and her granddaughter, Lynn Mooty Driscoll ("Mrs. Driscoll"), appeal a summary judgment granted in favor of Centre at Westbank L.L.C. and Federal Insurance Company ("the defendants"), dismissing plaintiffs' claims with prejudice. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
