STATEMENT OF THE CASE

M.R.H. is the mother of P.S.T., a nine-year-old boy. M.R.H. is incarcerated for multiple felonies, including theft and forgery. Her terminal release date is April 16, 2016, when P.S.T. will be sixteen.
