The Carter Circuit Court convicted General Jackson Tackett, III (Tackett) of two counts of first degree sexual abuse and three counts of first degree sodomy of two victims, Sarah and Nicholas.1 The court sentenced Tackett to thirty (30) years' imprisonment.
