OPINION

LAMBERT, Judge.

Chauncy Rhodes was convicted by the Jefferson Circuit Court of one count of first-degree rape and one count of first-degree sodomy and was sentenced to fifteen years to serve. He now directly appeals his conviction and sentence. After careful review, we affirm.
