Edward Leon Baker appeals the summary denial of his Kentucky Rules of Criminal Procedure (RCr) 11.42 motion.

In 2000, Baker was tried on two counts of using a minor in a sexual performance by inducement based on two separate groups of photos Baker took of an eleven-year-old child. Baker was convicted on both counts and sentenced to a total of thirty years' incarceration. His conviction was affirmed...
