NICKELL, JUDGE.

Sean Johnson appeals from a Judgment and Sentence on Plea of Guilty entered by the Campbell Circuit Court on August 15, 2011. He alleges the trial court erred in rejecting the Commonwealth's recommendation that his sentence be diverted.1 Having reviewed the record, the briefs and the law, we affirm.
