The Brush Mountain Farms Home Owners Association, Inc. ("the HOA"), moved the Bell Circuit Court to hold appellee, Brush Mountain Farms Property Owners Association, Inc. ("the POA") in contempt of court. The Bell Circuit Court entered an order overruling its motion.
