Food Fair of Ashland, Inc. petitions for review of an opinion and order of the Workers' Compensation Board (Board) which confirmed the Administrative Law Judge's (ALJ's) finding that Karen Sue Holloway is permanently and totally disabled. Food Fair argues that the finding is not supported by substantial evidence, and that the ALJ's opinion did not adequately apprise Food Fair of the basis for the decision...
