Brett Alan Lovell and Angela Lovell (collectively referred to as the Lovells) bring this appeal from the circuit court's February 4, 2011, Partial Summary Judgment,1 and April 1, 2011, Order dismissing the Lovells' claim for uninsured motorist benefits from St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company (St. Paul). For the following reasons, we reverse.
