OPINION

LAMBERT, JUDGE.

In this post-conviction action, Troy Schweikert, proceeding pro se, has appealed from the Kenton Circuit Court's order denying his motion for Kentucky Rules of Criminal Procedure (RCr) 11.42 relief on grounds of ineffective assistance of trial counsel. Because we agree with the trial court that Schweikert's claims were refuted by the record, we affirm.
