Juan Sanders-El (Sanders) appeals pro se from the Jefferson Circuit Court order denying his petition for a writ of mandamus to compel a public attorney to prosecute Sergeant Clarence Marthet for burglary, perjury, and official misconduct. For the following reasons, we affirm.
