Andrei Vorobiev (Vorobiev) appeals from the Fayette Circuit Court's summary judgment in favor of the Appellees, Alan Saylor (Officer Saylor), Carl Nathe (Nathe), President Lee Todd, Jr. (President Todd), and the University of Kentucky (the University). For the following reasons, we affirm.
