The Appellees and Cross-Appellants, Estate of Robinson Brown, Jr. ("the Estate"), brought a number of claims against Appellants and Cross-Appellees James Jackson and Aesthetics in Jewelry (collectively, "Jackson"), arising out of the sale of certain jewelry by Jackson to Robinson Brown, Jr., including claims for negligent and fraudulent misrepresentation and a claim under the Kentucky Consumer Protection Act.
