Ad Astra Information Systems, L.L.C., and Hartford Insurance Company (collectively Ad Astra) appeal the decision of the Workers Compensation Board (Board) that Danny Douglas' lung injury arose out of and in the course of his employment with Ad Astra. Douglas, who worked as a computer support analyst for Ad Astra, was injured while racing a go-cart at an off premises event hosted by Ad Astra during regular work hours.
