Gladys E. Curry ("Gladys") and her husband, Thomas Curry ("Thomas")(collectively "the Currys"), appeal from the trial court's order dismissing their complaint for injuries and loss of consortium against D.A.L.L. Anointed, Inc. ("D.A.L.L.").
