American Family Insurance Co. ("American Family") appeals the trial court's dismissal of its claim for failure to prosecute against Beazer Homes Indiana, LLP ("Beazer"), Pritt Electric, Inc. ("Pritt"), and Ken Maddox Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. ("Maddox"). American Family raises one issue, which we revise and restate as whether the trial court abused its discretion in dismissing American Family's claim under Indiana Trial Rule...
