Appellants-defendants John D. Hayes and Stacy R. Hayes appeal the trial court's order denying their counterclaim against appellee-plaintiff Robert Lee Chapman, Jr., and foreclosing Chapman's mechanic's lien on construction he performed on the Hayeses' residence.
