¶ 1 Defendant, Adrian Williams, pled guilty to unlawful delivery of a controlled substance (720 ILCS 570/401(d)(i) (West 2010)) in exchange for a sentencing cap of 25 years' imprisonment. Defendant was informed by the court on multiple occasions that, but for his plea agreement, he faced a maximum sentence of 60 years' imprisonment...
