¶ 1 After a stipulated bench trial, defendant, Eric M. Bauman, was found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI). 625 ILCS 5/11-501(a)(2) (West 2010). He was sentenced to 10 months' supervision and assessed fines and fees.
