¶ 1 Appellant Thomas Dart, as Sheriff of Cook County, Illinois (the Sheriff), appeals from an order of the circuit court of Cook County finding the Sheriff in contempt of court, fining him $1,400 and ordering him to pay attorney fees in the amount of $3,093.75 to plaintiff, SKS & Associates, Inc.
