Allen Keith Clontz was convicted of felony driving under the influence, Idaho Code §§ 18-8004, 18-8005(6), 18-8008. The district court imposed a unified sentence of six years with three years determinate, suspended the sentence and placed Clontz on probation. About three months later, the State filed a motion to revoke Clontz's probation due to probation violations. Prior to disposition of that motion, Clontz filed an Idaho Criminal Rule...
