In this case the plaintiffs claim the district court erred in finding the statutes of limitations for unfair or discriminatory practices in housing under the Iowa Civil Rights Act barred their claims. Because we find the statutes of limitations apply to the plaintiffs, including the State, and in one action the statutes of limitations begins to run on the date when the unit was purchased, and in the other action the statutes of limitations begins...
