Intervenor-Appellant County of Maui (County) appeals from the September 23, 2010 Decision and Order (Decision) of the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) of the State of Hawai'i (State). In the Decision, PUC granted approval to Appellee Molokai Public Utilities, Inc. (MPU) for a general rate increase of approximately 126.52% over previous rates.
