Following the denial of his motion for new trial, Orlando Dyer appeals his conviction for felony murder while in the commission of aggravated battery in connection with the death of his infant daughter, Azyani. He challenges the sufficiency of the evidence of his guilt, the admission of certain evidence at trial, and the effectiveness of his trial counsel. For the reasons which follow, the challenges are unavailing, and we affirm.
