PER CURIAM.

This disciplinary matter is before the Court on the petition of Eric C. Lang (State Bar No. 435515) for voluntary discipline. In his petition, Lang admits violations of Rules 1.4, 1.15(II), and 4.1 of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct, see Bar Rule 4-102(d), and for these violations, he agrees to accept a suspension from the practice of law for as many as twelve months, as well as a condition for his reinstatement to the practice of law.
