We granted David Eugene Cammer a certificate of probable cause to appeal the denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus to consider whether his trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance in his consultation with Cammer about a pretrial plea agreement offer. Because trial counsel's consultation fell within the broad range of reasonable professional conduct, we affirm.
