Appellant Michael Doane and appellee Cynthia LeCornu married in 1996. On October 18, 2007, LeCornu filed for divorce, and on June 30, 2008, the parties signed a Divorce Settlement Agreement, which the trial court incorporated into the final divorce decree entered on July 2, 2008. Among other provisions, Doane received the parties' lake house in Toccoa and was required to pay LeCornu $73,000 for her interest in the property in three installments....
