Corey Fallen appeals the trial court's pretrial order denying his motion to dismiss the charges against him for a constitutional speedy trial violation. See Callaway v. State, 275 Ga. 332, 567 S.E.2d 13 (2002) (direct appeal authorized from denial of plea in bar). For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
